For the upcoming Kefir and sprouting classes we are putting the handouts on the blog so that you can download them and print them yourselves. It's just to much to ask the Church to print!! Classes are at 2104 W Michelle Dr, Nampa ID, 83651. Please no children unless they are infants. It will be a thirty minute class. Everyone who attends will go home with a kefir start. Please bring a GLASS jar with a lid to transport it home. If you haven't signed up to a class on the handouts at church please let me know what class you plan to attend. I don't want more then about ten at each class. And hopefully we will have a delicious bean sprout salad to enjoy as well!
Class times are:
January 30th at Noon
February 12th at 11am
February 16th after Dry Pack at 1pm
